Dream Breathing No.3, Mother Harriet Tubman: A lineage of abolition

This issue of Dream Breathing invites us to connect with our deep, ancestral experiences of liberation. We will learn and play with abolitionist lineage elder Harriet Tubman while we practice offering, being in ritual, and communicating with the unseen beings and worlds around us.

In this extension of the weekly Ma Harriet Liberation Practice class taught and dreamed up by eli ryn, we seek to foster the self-trust, discovery, and clarity needed to birth modern stations of the Underground Railroad and free ourselves from our current physical and spiritual plantations. In addition to Ma Harriet’s wisdom, this issue includes guided meditations, visualization, spells and conjures, mantra practice, ancestor rituals, altar-making guidance, and more.

May the ancestors - the trees, the rivers, and all nonhuman ancestors included - show us the path toward liberation for all. May we be bold enough to remember who we really are: completely free, exactly right now.
